Wellness Examinations

Wellness examinations should be performed every year. This allows us to keep a close eye on your pet's health.

We recommend that senior pets- those over 7 years of age- be seen twice a year. In addition, we recommend senior bloodwork screening.

Puppies and kittens are seen three to four times starting at 8 weeks of age.

Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations are an important part of keeping your pet healthy. Certain vaccinations are often required by groomers, boarding facilities, and the city in which the pet resides.

Parasite Control

Animals can be affected by many parasites, on the inside and out. Roundworms, hookworms, fleas, ticks, and heartworms are the major parasites to afflict dogs and cats. Consult with us for your individual animal's needs.

Microchipping

We are happy to offer microchip services through PetLink. A microchip is easily inserted under your animals skin between the shoulder blades. It is no more painful to insert than a vaccination but it serves as permanent identification that traces your pet back to you with just a phone call. In the event your pet is lost, stolen, or in the event of a natural disaster, a microchip is the best way to get them back.
